Margie and Mike Ginnaty have lived and worked in the Valley of the Sun for seventeen years. During this time, we have assisted hundreds of Buyers and Sellers with a multitude of real estate needs. We have seen and are familiar with all kinds of markets and have the experience to consel our clients whether it is a Buyer or Seller Market. Since real estate is our FULL-TIME profession, we are aware of the trends and know how to respond to our client's needs under all circumstances.
In addition to our day-to-day real estate sales activities, we are active real estate investors in the Valley of the Sun. Since we are personally invested in our community, we are well versed on the current investment "tempature" of the Phoenix area market and are ready to advise and consult within the residential investment community.
Prior to moving to the Valley of the Sun, we successfully owned and operated our own transportation company for many years. With our combined entrepreneurial endeavors, we have TONS of experience to offer our clientele in the negotiation of YOUR next real esate transaction.
